VIP Staffing is Immediately hiring Assemblers for a great company in Rio Rancho, NM
This is a Full Time Temp to Hire position Schedule is Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm
Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour
As an Assembler you will:
- Perform assembly of lighting fixture assembly
- interpret order information and submittal drawings to successfully assemble components
- Be Efficient and capable working with your hands
- Must be able to use basic hand or power tools safley
- Operate wire cutter machine and staple gun
- Operate a forklift if authorized and trained
Assembler candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good work tenure at previous employers
- Ability to learn and retain new processes through training and hands on demonstration
- Experience with production, quality control or other techniques related to assembling
- Have strong time management skills
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Soldering experience is a plus for this position
