What you’ll be doing As an Executive Recruiter, you will be a part of a dynamic team of Recruiters, that focuses on the Candidate and the Client. Get ready to manage both sides of the desk, while helping your Clients and Candidates Thrive! The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. In this vital role, the Executive Recruiter will definitely need a sense of urgency, while focusing on existing Clients and identifying new ones, while interviewing candidates and matching them with their dream organizations and careers. About you Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
