Dental/Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney

Due to a 30% increease in new files this quarter my firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in Dental/Medical Malpractice defense litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in defense litigation cases involving Dental/Medical Malpractice.
- Conduct thorough legal research and develop effective case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including motions and briefs.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions (virtually or in-person as required).
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Advise clients on risk management, compliance, and best practices in litigation defense.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 5-8 years of experience in litigation defense, with a focus on Dental/Medical Malpractice.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and case management software.
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
