What You Will DoPerform reliability, maintainability, supportability, and safety (RMSS) engineering for military systemsLead root cause analysis of hardware failures and chair Failure Review Boards (FRBs)Coordinate reliability modeling, allocation, prediction, and parts stress/derating analysesManage FRACAS activities and develop FMECAsAnalyze failure data and trends to recommend corrective actionsSupport Reliability Demonstration Testing across assigned programsContribute to System Safety Plans and Hazard Analysis ReportsProvide reliability inputs to design teams and ensure systems meet operational requirementsPresent findings during program reviews and support occasional CONUS travelQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least three years of experience in Reliability, Maintainability, or Testability engineering, as well as experience developing failure reporting and corrective action reports (FRACAS).Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
