Travel CT Technologist - $2,798 per week

Travel CT Technologist – Bangor, Maine MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a 13‑week assignment starting 08/11/2026 in Bangor, Maine. The role will involve 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. Job Overview CT technologists operate CT equipment to produce cross‑sectional images used to diagnose medical conditions. Responsibilities Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary. Appropriately set equipment controls, monitor machinery and patient, and make adjustments as needed. Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast when applicable. Dispense oral contrast to patients for CT scans. Assist radiologists with interventional CT procedures. Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collate processed images in sequence of exposure, and appropriately label. Schedule patients for procedures and assist with some clerical functions. Charge procedures and supplies used to the patient record. Load and operate power injections for contrast media administration. Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner. Work effectively to maintain an environment of excellence, patient focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care. Promote and maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives. Required Qualifications Eighteen months of prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT technologist. Must be ARRT (CT) or ASRT certified. State licensure required (most states).
