The LCSW or CMHC serves as an individual practitioner specializing in clinical social work or counseling with a focus on children and adolescents. This role involves conducting regular in-person, hybrid, and telehealth sessions, with occasional travel to client locations. The practitioner is responsible for providing comprehensive therapy, crisis intervention, and case management to support the mental health and well-being of their clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to evaluate mental health needs
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Manage casework including coordination of services and referrals
• Deliver crisis intervention during urgent situations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Coordinate referrals to appropriate community resources
• Monitor compliance with clinical and ethical standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Certified Mental Health Counselor (CMHC)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical social work or counseling
