Project Controls Specialist

To support the Data Center development team, the full-time Project Controls Specialist will manage cost and commercial processes, ensuring financial oversight and compliance across North America projects while working remotely. Key responsibilities Create and manage a cost and commercial management process, aligning project forecasts with funding and billing activities Support the change control process by evaluating budget revisions and reviewing contractor invoices to identify potential risks Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to develop governance and training materials, ensuring projects adhere to organizational standards Required qualifications 5-7 years of experience in mission-critical construction project delivery, particularly in corporate real estate or military settings Proficiency in budgeting, accounting, and cost control systems such as Oracle, Tririga, or Google Live Sheets Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and operate independently Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; PMP or P.E. certifications are highly desirable
