In this position, you will play a mission-critical role in the daily operations of our business. This is a warehouse-focused position with local delivery responsibilities as needed. You will be responsible for receiving, organizing inventory and the warehouse, preparing orders, and making customer deliveries using a company truck.

This is a hands-on role where teamwork, accuracy, and safety are top priorities.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company straight truck for local customer deliveries.
• Load and unload products and equipment for customer deliveries and service needs.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate and completed safely and on schedule.
• Provide professional, friendly, and customer-focused service during all customer interactions.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and follow all DOT and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean driving record and operate vehicles and equipment safely.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Organize, stock, and maintain inventory, including proper shelving and labeling.
• Assist with picking and preparing materials for customer deliveries and internal needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Assist with general warehouse and labor duties as needed to support daily operations.
• Safely lift, move, load, and unload materials as required.
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve delivery quality, efficiency, organization, and safety.

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Related experience required: driving a straight truck and/or truck with trailer
• Valid driver's license with a good, clean driving record (no CDL required) but DOT experience is highly preferred
• Computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software
• Strong communication and people skills for frequent customer interaction
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery routes efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs safely and repeatedly
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

Physical Demands:

• Heavy lifting (up to 70 pounds).
• Standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout an 8-hour shift.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse environment with continual exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
• Driving and customer delivery work in all weather conditions
