Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider both psychiatric and medical conditions influencing patient wellbeing.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate integrated treatment plans focused on the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to foster personal growth and coping skills.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating swift decision-making and empathy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health needs for individuals facing complex medical challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect and engage with clients.

• A strong commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines while fostering patient confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
