We are seeking a diligent Tool Room Attendant to join our Fabrication & Machining Services team. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records of tools and heavy equipment, managing a tooling database, and ensuring all equipment is well-organized and accounted for.

• Keep an accurate inventory of tools, heavy equipment, and other equipment.
• Manage the tooling database efficiently.
• Maintain a detailed list of tools and ensure records are up to date.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and data entry to support inventory control.
• Organize and prepare tools for use, ensuring they meet quality control standards.
• Inspect tools regularly to maintain a safe workplace.

• Strong inventory control and maintenance skills.

Work in a dynamic machine shop environment that experiences varying temperatures as it is not climate controlled. The company provides uniforms and a laundry service. The shift is Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, allowing for a balanced work schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbia, TN.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
