This role includes hands-on leadership, project coordination, and regular travel to customer sites where parts are produced or stored.Team Leads are responsible for setting up projects, managing customer expectations, and ensuring all team members are performing to required standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining communication between customers, inspectors, and internal leadership while ensuring quality and safety compliance at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support inspection teams across assigned job sitesEnsure all work is completed according to safety, quality, and customer requirementsTravel to manufacturing plants and warehouses to supervise inspection activitiesDevelop work instructions and train inspectors on proper proceduresServe as interim lead when the project supervisor is unavailableInspect parts and verify quality standards are metEnsure all tools, gauges, and equipment are properly issued and maintainedMaintain clear communication with customer and site contactsComplete required documentation throughout project durationParticipate in ongoing training and follow company policiesPosition Requirements:Must pass pre-employment scrreningMust have valid Driver's license and reliable transportation#ZRQualificationsPrior team leadership or supervisory experience requiredStrong adaptability and flexibility with travel expectationsDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracyPositive attitude with strong self-motivationAbility to lead, train, and support team members effectivelyWhy Join UsStratosphere Quality is committed to being a leading global provider of premium inspection and quality assurance services.
