RN – Telemetry

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 1845-0715. Every other weekend required. Holidays required unless requested in advance.

Assignment Details: Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.

Requirements: 1 year of Telemetry RN experience required. RN license required. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Experience with EMR systems preferred; familiarity with Altera Sunrise or similar systems is a plus. BSN preferred.

Responsibilities: Provide patient care and monitor telemetry patients. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and care plans. Document patient assessments and interventions thoroughly and accurately.

Compliance / Notes: This is a nicotine-free facility. Orientation is provided over the first five days, with time allotted for clinical orientation and unit integration. 2-hour advance notice is required for any shift cancellations initiated by the client.
