Role Summary In this Roofing and Gutter Service Manager role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of Storm Guard's residential roofing, siding, window, and gutter services. You will be responsible for ensuring coordination among production, sales, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth business operations. Each day, you will monitor key performance indicators, project timelines, budgets, and overall company performance. You will focus on maintaining operational efficiency and quality control while coaching and mentoring managers and team leads. Your efforts will also include implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction, and making key decisions that affect the company's direction and success.
