Warehouse Order Selector

Role Overview: This position involves selecting products from warehouse racks, assembling, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping orders for customers. It requires operating powered industrial equipment and working in dry, refrigerated, or frozen areas. Key Responsibilities: Locate and lift cases of groceries, frozen foods, produce, and other products; operate equipment such as pallet jacks; maintain a safe, clean work environment; report damages or shortages; and ensure proper product wrapping. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred; prior order selecting and equipment operation experience advantageous. Ability to meet production standards, follow safety protocols, and work in multi-temperature environments is essential. Physical Requirements: Constant lifting of cases weighing 4.5 to 100 lbs, pushing/pulling, and dynamic bending. Ability to work in various conditions, including limited headroom spaces, is required.
