Travel Physical Therapist - $1,624 per week

Job Overview TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a job in Rock Spring, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: 15 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel It is an immediate opening requiring 1 year of experience, but 6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates. Responsibilities Oversee supervising PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians) Bill within the respective setting, following facility guidelines Understand state PT board rules and comply accordingly Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plan of care Understand adaptive equipment Evaluate and create a plan of care Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient’s condition Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines Requirements Must have 6 months of experience; new grads encouraged to apply. Must possess BLS and state‑specific licensing. Physical therapists should be able to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty, and possess a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
