Dunkin' Donuts - 1422 Losey Boulevard South - Responsibilities: Coaching and developing Restaurant Managers to effectively manage a singular restaurant.; Communicating and confirming understanding of company goals, expectations, and initiatives to Restaurant Managers.; Leading and developing high-performing Management Team Members by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance management.; Promoting an environment with a sense of urgency to satisfy guests and address feedback.; Ensuring compliance and completion of regular reporting across all restaurants to meet Company, Brand, State, and Federal requirements.
