Overview Electrical Foreman – Industrial Projects Lead Industrial Electrical Projects with a Growing Team We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our industrial electrical team in Texas. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage crews, coordinate projects, maintain safety standards, and deliver quality work in industrial environments. Responsibilities Supervise and lead crews of 5+ electricians on industrial projects. Ensure a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) is completed for every job. Coordinate daily activities, manpower, materials, and equipment. Plan and execute projects under the direction of the Superintendent. Resolve field issues independently with minimal supervision. Manage project timelines, labor hours, and material usage. Order and track materials and equipment. Interpret power, lighting, control, and automation drawings. Oversee installation, testing, verification, and energization of new circuits. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code requirements. Requirements 4+ years of industrial electrical experience Experience leading and supervising electrical crews DIG approved to supervise 5+ personnel DEG approved to verify, energize, document, and test new circuits Experience with control and automation terminations Ability to terminate advanced motor circuits (Wye-Delta) Experience installing new electrical services Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email) Valid Texas Driver's License What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Strong safety culture Supportive and professional team environment If you're an experienced Electrical Foreman looking to lead challenging industrial projects and grow your career, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blayze Group
