Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring coordinated care that addresses all aspects of clients' needs. \n
- Engage in crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, developing safety plans, and providing immediate support during critical moments. \n
- Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with vital community resources, ensuring they have the necessary support outside of therapy sessions. \n
- Participate actively in community outreach activities aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and encouraging individuals to seek support. \n
You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). \n
