About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, FCM, Tokenization & Stablecoin Compliance Officer to lead the compliance program for its expansion into event-based prediction markets and stablecoin/tokenization initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the compliance function, providing expert guidance on complex regulatory matters, and ensuring the firm's compliance with CFTC and NFA rules. This is a leadership role that requires a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to stablecoin issuance, custody, and tokenization, as well as hands-on experience with digital asset regulatory compliance. The role involves program development, workflow oversight, quality assurance, and strategic partnerships with various teams to ensure sound business operations. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a J.D. or advanced degree being a plus, and at least 12 years of experience in compliance, legal, regulatory, or financial services, with a focus on futures/derivatives (FCM) compliance and/or stablecoin, tokenization, or digital asset regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling compliance programs, particularly in the context of new product lines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with large datasets and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical control updates. The role also requires the ability to lead the firm's response to regulatory exams and inquiries and to proactively partner with various teams to ensure compliance and facilitate the firm's success.
