Waiting List Co-ordinator | Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Company: Company: Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Waiting List Co-ordinator to support the effective management of the Gynaecology waiting list and patient pathways. You will play a key role in ensuring patients are scheduled appropriately, and their pathways are validated while delivering a high standard of administrative support. You will be working closely with consultants, clinical teams, theatre scheduling staff, patient access services, be responsible for monitoring waiting lists, coordinating appointments and procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and communicating professionally with patients and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As the successful candidate, you will: Have a methodical approach to work, be extremely well organised and have a flexible attitude incorporating our Trust PRIDE values. Have good communication skills which are essential to this post. Be able to work in a team and independently Be responsible for managing waiting lists, liaising with patients and clinicians, and booking diagnostic/therapeutic procedures. Good IT skills in addition to the willingness and commitment to learn multiple Trust IT systems are necessary. Having strong personable skills is also essential in this role.
