Lead, Warehouse Operations
Cencora
Lead warehouse operations at Cencora's Edwardsville facility, overseeing inbound, outbound, and internal activities to ensure accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment. Manage inventory reconciliation, stock monitoring, and investigation of operational discrepancies while maintaining documentation and warehouse visibility.
Responsibilities
- Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities supporting accurate product movement
- Prepare shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas meeting handling and dispatch requirements
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and stock movements to maintain integrity
- Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status identifying replenishment needs
- Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions determining root causes and supporting resolution
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience
- Knowledge of receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processes
- Proficiency in inventory control, reconciliation, and transaction accuracy
- Strong data review and verification abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to investigate and resolve routine to moderately complex operational issues
- Clear communication skills with internal stakeholders on operations and shipment status
