With a legacy of growth through acquisitions and a commitment to excellent service and value, CBW is now one of the Top 10 leading convenience store wholesalers in the U.S. About the JobA Cooper-Booth Merchandiser will visit our customers' locations and assist them by suggesting products, ensuring manufacturer's products are presented in the best way possible to maximize visibility and increase overall sales. CBW Merchandisers will be exceptional at building mutually beneficial relationships with store and field management, and maintaining quality communications through developing and maintaining a mutual relationship of respect and trust.This position is in for the Central PA, but may require you to drive up to 2 hours away. Some locations within territory include: Altoona, Hazelton, Lebanon, Harrisburg, Bloomsburg, Everett, Gettysburg, and Hagerstown. Overnight stay is required for customer locations outside of assigned territory.Schedule: Four 10-hour days, Monday through ThursdayCompensation: $19.00/hourMonthly Reimbursements: Mileage, car insurance, cell phone, depreciation, etc.Responsibilities include:Follow store layout provided by supervisor to perform resetsFollow planograms provided by supervisorProudly represent the Cooper-Booth brand while building relationships with customersTake before and after pictures of the locationComplete merchandising checklistRequirements:High School Diploma or equivalentAt least 21 years of agePossesses valid driver's license and vehicle insuranceDaily travel to customer locations within assigned territoryOccasional travel requiring hotel stay (2-3 times per month) to customer locations outside assigned territory Safe and defensive driver with clean driving recordDemonstrates excellent customer serviceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-starting with the ability to work independently and take initiativeDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracyExhibits problem-solving and decision-making skillsComputer-literate with the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, and word processing programs, and email at a basic levelBenefits:Complete medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and accident insurances starting the first of the month following 60-days of employment. 401(k) after 6 months with 2% employer match.Paid Time Off (PTO); starting at 80 hours your first year.Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) and other mental health benefits are available!Ability to purchase products from the warehouse at wholesale price.
