Responsibilities Promote and market off-market properties to a network of cash buyers through email, phone calls, text messaging, and social media. Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, house flippers, landlords, and other cash buyers. Manage, organize, and continuously expand the buyer database within the CRM. Coordinate property walkthroughs, inspections, and buyer showings. Negotiate pricing and deal terms to maximize assignment fees and overall profitability. Oversee transactions from contract execution through closing while coordinating closely with title companies, attorneys, and other parties involved. Monitor buyer activity, property status, and key performance metrics to ensure deals move efficiently. Collaborate closely with the Acquisitions team to identify the best buyer for each property and facilitate successful closings.
