Customer Service Executive

Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving waar klantcontact, administratie en commerciële opvolging samenkomen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Als Customer Service Executive ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en werk je nauw samen met het external sales team. Je bouwt mee aan duurzame klantrelaties en zorgt voor een professionele en proactieve service. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Actief onderhouden en versterken van klantrelaties. Klanten ondersteunen en proactief inspelen op hun behoeften. Samenwerken met sales en supply chain voor een vlotte opvolging. Beheren van orders, levertermijnen en klantendossiers. Opvolgen van masterdata, voorraad en debiteuren. Signaleren van verbeterkansen en meedenken over optimalisaties. Rapporteren en werken met data en administratieve systemen. Bachelor diploma ; master is een plus. Commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht. Sterk in communicatie en relatiebeheer. Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Duits en/of Frans is een extra troef. Analytisch sterk en vlot met cijfers en rapportering. Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en oplossingsgericht.
