Operations Assistant Manager

To enhance account performance and financial profitability, the fully remote Assistant Manager-Operations will manage and develop Sr. Supervisors, ensuring successful day-to-day operations and quality performance. Key responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and development support to Sr. Supervisors to meet service quality and timeliness goals Review operating statistics to identify areas for process improvement aimed at increasing client satisfaction and company profitability Collaborate with Account Management and Workforce Management to optimize staffing and balance client servicing objectives with profitability Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Business Administration or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in customer service or call center environments, including 1 year in a management role Proficiency with relevant technology, including computers and software applications Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees while evaluating their performance Basic financial analysis skills, including cost-effectiveness and cost-benefit analysis
