Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare fresh food while maintaining QDOBA quality standards
• Accurately take guest orders and operate POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with food prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing duties
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Dependable and reliable attendance
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary
• Reliable transportation preferred
