We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Fleet Management Consultant with expertise in fleet operations, equipment management, asset lifecycle management, equipment costing, and project cost integration.

\n

\n

Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)

\n

Duration: 6–12+ Months Contract

\n

\n

Key Requirements

\n

\n
• 10+ years of experience in Fleet Management, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or Equipment Management.
\n
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), SCM, Oracle Field Service, Cost Management, and Inventory Management.
\n
• Experience in Engineering & Construction, EPC, Utilities, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or Heavy Equipment Operations.
\n
• Expertise in equipment utilization, fleet maintenance, asset lifecycle management, equipment P&L, rental/lease management, and cost recovery.
\n
• Strong understanding of project costing, profitability, asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, cost allocation, equipment chargebacks, and General Ledger (GL) impact analysis.
\n
• Experience with equipment master data, configuration, and migration from legacy systems.
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead fleet and equipment management process design and implementation.
\n
• Configure equipment lifecycle, preventive/predictive maintenance, utilization, and asset accounting processes.
\n
• Develop equipment P&L, profitability, cost recovery, and chargeback models.
\n
• Integrate equipment operations with Oracle Fusion PPM for usage-based/time-based project costing, billing, and profitability reporting.
\n
• Coordinate integrations with telematics, GPS, fuel management, maintenance, and rental management systems.
\n
• Develop dashboards and reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

\n

\n
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification.
\n
• Experience implementing equipment costing and project integration models.
\n
• Familiarity with telematics platforms such as Caterpillar VisionLink, Verizon Connect, Geotab, or Samsara.
\n
• Experience in EPC, utility construction, or infrastructure projects.
\n
