Warehouse SupervisorWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations at our Sutton, MA facility. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing the receiving, handling, inventory management, and distribution of telecommunications cable. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can coach, train, and motivate a team while ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost-effectiveness.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Serve as the on-site leader and hands-on coach/player to the warehouse teamSupervise and train warehouse personnelOversee scheduling and staffing for all logistics activities from receiving to deliveryDevelop and maintain positive relationships with vendor partners and customersTrack, document, and report service provider performanceConfirm and organize received cable in the warehouseManage accurate inventory control and maintain all related documentationReport on operational performance and escalate issues as necessaryEnsure service commitments (quantity, quality, timing) are metImplement and enforce strict security protocols for all cable inventorySchedule and consolidate outbound deliveries to reduce transportation costsPromote and enforce safety practices to maintain a safe work environmentProtect equipment and materials from damage or injury risksEnsure compliance with all safety, environmental, and labor regulationsAssist in creating and enforcing job protocols and standard operating proceduresDevelop and monitor operational KPIs, perform regular data analysisIdentify and execute on opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost reductionsPerform other duties as assignedCompensation:Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.Benefits:We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in warehouse management, supply chain, logistics, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse environmentStrong project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasksExcellent analytical skills with high attention to detailExceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with industry-related procedures, terminology, and cost structuresDemonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and build trust across teams and vendorsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Eagerness to grow professionally within the Operations functionPhysical ability to lift and pull up to 50 pounds, stand/walk/bend for extended periodsAbility to pass a physical fitness testProven forklift operation skills and ability to pass internal certificationIf you're a proactive leader looking to grow your career in warehouse operations, we want to hear from you!
