The Hospitality Aide, will be responsible for but not limited to:Adhere to and practice Resident Rights policies and proceduresAssist with resident admission, discharge and transfer requirements as assignedReport any identified resident changes in condition promptly to the Charge NurseReport all observed or allegations of resident abuse to the Charge Nurse immediately consistent with policy and procedureNotify the Charge Nurse when necessary supplies require restocking and are unavailableAdhere to and practice safety, sanitation and infection control practicesAttend education and training sessions as required and assigned.Education:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience:Prior healthcare experience is desirableMust have strong communication skillsMust be able to function independently and have flexibility, person integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies.The CareOne mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
