Director, Global Legal & Compliance

Laticrete International Inc

A leading construction company is seeking a Director, Legal to oversee its legal affairs and serve as the sole in-house advisor. Responsibilities include managing corporate governance, advising on compliance and regulatory matters, and handling litigation and contracts. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate and have over 10 years of corporate legal experience, with a preference for in-house roles.
