I've been a State Farm agent for 10 years and have been with the company for 18 years, starting my career right out of high school. That experience has helped shape a deep understanding of the business and a passion for developing a successful, customer-focused team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Taylor Maciaszek - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
