We are seeking a detail oriented and reliable Accounting Specialist to support daily financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring financial processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify vendor invoices and prepare payments
Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bank reconciliations
Support financial reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding financial matters
Assist with audits, tax reporting, and compliance requirements
Identify and support process improvements across accounting functions

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor degree in Accounting required
Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP
Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
