The unit fosters a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence, with opportunities for specialty certification and ongoing development.What Registered Nurse, RN will need:Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and programAssociate's degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hireLicensed in the State of MichiganCerts: BLS, ACLS (ACLS at time of hire or w/in 6 months)Experience as an RN required.Highlights:Magnet designated facility with active shared decision-making councils.
