Performance Analyst

THE ROLE The Performance Analyst performs daily return reviews and understands department systems and procedures. WHAT YOU WILL DO Reviews daily performance reports for accuracy. Responds to questions regarding performance calculations and performance reports. Calculates and reviews performance numbers; researches performance issues; generates and distributes performance reports to internal and external customers. Works with internal departments to provide regulatory materials. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 0-2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in accounting, finance, or another related financial discipline, or equivalent experience in the mutual fund or securities industry. Understanding of performance calculation and methodology. Proficient Microsoft Office, including creating pivot tables, lookup formulas, and macros is an added benefit. PREFERRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Experience working in a diverse environment where production, controls, and daily deadlines are required. Base Salary Range: $55,500.00 - $80,500.00. This position is eligible for a competitive incentive bonus. Other components of the Total Rewards Package include: MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company‑sponsored 401(k).
