Capital Vacations is seeking experienced In-House Sales Professionals to join our growing team at Calypso Cay Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.

What You'll Do
- Work directly with existing owners to enhance and expand their vacation ownership
- Present vacation ownership solutions through a proven sales process
- Build value and create memorable ownership experiences
- Leverage strong leadership support to maximize performance
- Consistently achieve and exceed production goals
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, professionalism, and success
Qualifications
Required
- Active Florida Real Estate License
- Previous In-House Sales experience in the vacation ownership industry
- Proven closing and sales performance history
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
- Orlando market experience
- Track record of consistent production and customer satisfaction
- Desire to grow into future leadership opportunities
