No, weekend block may be considered Locals accepted: No, 100 mile radius rule *STRICT* Pending License accepted: No, all travelers must be in compliance with NLC guidelines RTO Restrictions: All RTO must included at time of submission. RTO will not be sent to facility for approval after offer has been presented. *Please do NOT submit your traveler to more than 1 job ID/facility.
