OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Harrisonburg, VA by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits

- CPM $0.70 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Load Pay
- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Embark on cross-country flatbed runs from Harrisonburg, VA with HMD Trucking.
Position Overview:
- Operate well-equipped flatbed rigs featuring inverters and sleeper berths.
- Secure, tarp, and transport freight across U.S. highways.
- Perform thorough inspections and maintain DOT logs.
Drivers receive strong mileage pay, safety/productivity bonuses, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Benefit from consistent home time, comprehensive health plans, and dedicated maintenance support. Must hold a Class A CDL with at least 12 months of OTR flatbed experience.
