Senior Systems Administrator - Cloud, IAM & Automation

• Monitor system performance, including CPU usage, memory utilization, and network efficiency
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security upgrades
• Oversee the configuration, integration, and lifecycle management of the organization's SaaS portfolio
• Administer Okta for IAM, including SSO, MFA, and automated user provisioning/de-provisioning
• Create and manage user accounts, assigning appropriate permissions and access levels
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on various IT systems and software
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats
• Manage and maintain cloud-based systems, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Develop scripts and use automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks

Requirements 5-8 years of experience in system administration or related IT roles Proficiency in managing MacOS, Windows and Linux operating systems Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies Experience with virtualization platforms Familiarity with cloud platforms and services Basic programming and scripting skills Understanding of IT security best practices and compliance requirements Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication, teamwork abilities and willingness to teach others Bachelor's degree or better in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Certifications from major and reputable organizations: CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, Google.
