Join a 52-bed Level I Trauma Center within a leading academic hospital where nurses are empowered to grow, lead, and redefine what nursing can be. Our Emergency Department provides care to a primarily adult patient population, with approximately 23% of our patients age 65 and older. We are a Joint Commission-certified Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center and hold Bronze-level Geriatric Accreditation, reflecting our commitment to delivering specialized, high-quality care to complex patient populations. Our dedicated ED Educator leads a structured orientation program based on the TSAM model, providing nurses with the support, education, and clinical experiences needed to build confidence and competence. Our partnership with Trauma Services further strengthens clinical development, with nurses progressing to trauma assignments as they demonstrate clinical readiness. Job Summary: Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program. ACLS, NRP (or obtained within three months of employment) BLS Current state nursing license. Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
