Drives revenue growth, client retention, account expansion, and commercial performance by identifying opportunities, managing client needs, and ensuring the successful execution of multidisciplinary solutions. Acts as a primary point of contact for clients while coordinating cross-functional collaboration across creative, strategy, production, media, data, technology, and operations teams within fast-paced, matrixed environments. Oversees operational execution, workflow optimization, resource alignment, financial stewardship, and service delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and alignment to client business objectives. Partners with internal teams to strengthen long-term client partnerships, support scalable business growth, and deliver solutions that meet evolving market and customer expectations. 90,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
