Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements8+ years, or equivalent skill, in technical product management or business analysis, defining requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria for complex technology solutions, with strong working knowledge of AI-native systems and their probabilistic behaviorAbility to learn how experts do their work today, including steps never written down, and turn it into clear, testable requirementsAbility to translate business needs into measurable outcomes and well-defined scope, with a baseline and improvement targets agreed in advanceTechnical fluency to partner with security, engineering, and business stakeholders on feasibility, constraints, and trade-offs across matrixed organizationsProven ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicting requirements, and maintain specification quality throughout the product lifecycleDesirable RequirementsExperience delivering artificial intelligence or automation-driven workflow solutions within security or risk management domainsFamiliarity with LLM behavior, agentic systems, or AI evaluation practiceCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is USD $130,900 - $169,000ResponsibilitiesYou Will:Own specifications for AI-native security workflows, defining requirements, scope, outcomes, and acceptance criteriaPartner with security and functional experts to document how work is done today, including steps never written down, and what success looks likeFor each capability, define verifiable acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes against a baseline agreed upfrontManage scope and change, break work into deliverable increments, and resolve stakeholder conflicts, recording decisions and rationaleOwn the definition of ready; keep specifications complete, buildable, and current while partnering with engineering through release, then confirm outcomes with the functional owner
