Career Opportunities with BK Healthcare Management Seeking trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who can commit to a minimum of 6 months. In this role you will provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings. You will implement skill‑building and care plans, record session data using our electronic system, and collaborate with families to promote positive behavior and independence. Responsibilities Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients. Implement evidence‑based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Record session data accurately using electronic devices. Maintain a positive learning environment and collaborate with families. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. RBT certification required before starting work. Willingness to learn, passion for working with children with Autism, patience and compassion. Ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Additional Information Services provided in clients’ homes or community locations. All positions initially part‑time. Need to make a 6‑month commitment and are willing to change clients’ lives.
