How You Will Make An Impact:
- Consistently prepare all meals and menu items following proper safety and cooking techniques.
- Ensure accurate portioning, plating, temperature, and presentation of meals.
- Utilize your culinary skills to create high-quality dishes that enhance resident satisfaction.
- Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and sanitized at all times.
What You Will Need:
- Prepare and cook menu items using proper techniques, recipes, and food safety standards
- Execute cook-to-order meals with consistent quality, portioning, and presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Work side-by-side with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and culinary leadership during service
- Contribute to a dining experience that keeps residents coming
- Minimum of 1 year cook-to-order experience in a full-service kitchen
- Weekend and holiday availability
- Passion for scratch cooking and working in a team-focused environment
Compensation: commensurate with experience, $19.50 - $22.00 per hour.
*Note: Sign-On Bonus is only offered to new hires, not current employees.
