Document Control Assistant

Job Title

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Computer skills and proficiency working with electronic files, folders and web-based systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions when information or instructions are unclear.

Ability to perform repetitive computer-based tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Ability to work independently and stay focused on assigned tasks.

Successfully pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities:

Upload documents and files into the new electronic document control system.

Review documents to ensure they are uploaded to the correct locations.

Enter and verify document information, titles and other required data.

Follow established document control procedures and instructions.

Communicate with departments to request additional documentation or information as needed.

Maintain confidentiality when working with company records and information.

Track progress and assist project team in meeting document migration goals.

Perform other temporary administrative duties as needed to support the project.
