School-Based Physical Therapist - Coventry, Rhode Island

Key Qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid Rhode Island state Physical Therapy license.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students across K-12th grade, focusing on maximizing student independence and functional skills within the school environment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and interventions as part of the ESY program.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each child's educational goals.
• Collect data on student performance and provide progress updates to the educational team and families.
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all therapy sessions and interventions.
