Milosi is looking for a Senior   Property Care Manager  



 

The Senior Property Care Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships between internal teams and external clients while driving overall business growth. This role supports business development efforts, nurtures long-term client partnerships, and contributes to achieving sales and revenue targets.  



 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Unreasonable Hospitality - Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies to create RAVING FANS . 
• Be an Ideal Team Player - Working with all internal departments to ensure that all services are executed according to contract specifications, on budget, and according to schedule. 
• Execute sales hand-off process to set our clients and our team up for success. This process includes but is not limited to all the pertinent details the operations team needs to know to set them up for success. This may also include a 30-, 60-, or 90-day plan, a 3-year plan, or a 3-year success roadmap that would outline commitments and ideas to improve the property's overall safety and curb appeal.
• Continuously add value by guiding our clients through the contract renewal process, drafting reports, and providing progress analysis 
• Identify and Sell Enhancements – Proactively identify opportunities for landscape enhancements, including seasonal color, plant replacements, bed renovations, pruning, irrigation improvements, landscape upgrades, and other services. Develop recommendations, present solutions to clients, prepare proposals, and follow opportunities through completion.
• Become an expert by monitoring and providing support on the implementation of service agreements.
• Working proactively with our established customer base to ensure retention of the current relationship and contract(s). Be the BEST at communication! No Surprises!  
• Be a Horticulture Expert – Regularly inspect properties and evaluate the health and condition of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, turf, seasonal color, and other plant material. Identify opportunities and concerns related to pruning, plant health, irrigation, pests, disease, seasonal care, and overall landscape presentation.
• Resolving customer inquiries regarding services. Make sure our clients feel heard and special. We Listen Because We Care  
• Performing other activities as may be temporarily or permanently assigned.
• Work within our technology stack proficiently to increase efficiency.
• Carry out and execute various projects on a quarterly basis that will help the company grow and improve. Continuously working to better yourself, those around you, and the company.  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, landscape management, horticulture, landscape design/build, or a related green industry field.
• Experience managing residential landscapes, preferably high-end or luxury residential properties, is strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of plant material, trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, turf, seasonal color, pruning practices, and general horticultural care.
• Ability to identify common plant health, pest, disease, irrigation, and landscape maintenance issues and make appropriate recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience with landscape enhancement sales, including identifying opportunities, developing recommendations, preparing proposals, presenting solutions, and closing additional work.
• Experience successfully selling enhancements and additional services to existing clients.
• Experience developing and maintaining long-term relationships with residential homeowners and high-end residential clients.
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction.
• Experience using Aspire or a similar landscape/green-industry CRM and operations management system is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple residential properties, client requests, projects, and enhancement opportunities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently in the field while effectively collaborating with internal teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to regularly travel to residential client properties and job sites.

Salary: $65-85K with commission and bonuses 

Working Conditions: 
The Property Care Manager’s environment will be visiting client properties, attending meetings, and overseeing project installations. This position requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules and project deadlines. Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions may be necessary.
