Registered Nurse

Del Sol Medical Center in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse for our ICU. The RN delivers compassionate, evidence-based critical care to a diverse adult population, coordinating closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include continuous assessment, titration of drips, ventilator management in collaboration with RT, and rapid response to changes in condition. The RN ensures accurate documentation, patient and family education, and adherence to safety and infection-control standards while supporting a collaborative, patient-first culture and mentoring less experienced staff.
