Automotive Parts AdvisorEd Martin Buick GMC | Carmel, IndianaJoin One of Indiana’s Largest Buick GMC Dealerships!Ed Martin Buick GMC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team!We are one of the highest-volume Buick GMC dealerships in Indiana, and our continued growth means we need great people who are ready to take their careers to the next level.We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Parts Advisor who knows the automotive parts business, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of supporting our technicians and delivering outstanding customer service.If you're experienced, dependable, and want to be part of a successful dealership with a strong future, we want to talk to you!Compensation$50,000–$70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.What You'll DoAssist service technicians, service advisors, and customers with identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts.Look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.Manage parts orders, inventory, and special orders efficiently.Work closely with our service department to keep repairs moving and minimize downtime.Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control.Communicate with vendors and customers regarding parts availability and delivery.Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional parts department.What We're Looking ForPrevious automotive dealership parts experience required.GM/Buick/GMC parts experience strongly preferred.Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS is a plus.Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask in a busy, high-volume dealership.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.Dependable, accountable, and committed to doing things the right way.Why Join Ed Martin Buick GMC?Competitive earning potential of $50K–$70K annuallyEstablished, high-volume dealership with continued growthStrong service and parts businessSupportive management teamOpportunity for long-term career growthProfessional, team-oriented work environmentThe stability and reputation of the Ed Martin Auto GroupAt Ed Martin Buick GMC, we believe our success starts with our people.
