CSED Wraparound Facilitator

Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies. Family facilitation, mediation, or conflict resolution. Strengths-based assessment and planning. Communication and relate to diverse groups and manage interpersonal conflict. Perform all duties in accordance with personnel policies and fiscal guidelines. Perform other duties as requested. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with appropriate licensure. Must have a knowledge base for mental illness, diagnosis and behavioral disorders. Two years relevant experience. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
