As an Associate Data Analyst, you will work within our data operations team to support DCG's analytics capabilities across our products and services. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn our business, contribute to current data processes, and help shape next-generation data and analytics workflows.Responsibilities:Support existing data pipelines, working with a wide variety of flat-file data formats from hundreds of financial institutionsValidate and analyze data outputs for DCG's suite of analytics software, identifying and remediating data quality issues and gapsProvide support for client-facing and internal data-related inquiriesCoordinate client communications related to data updates and changesMaintain and document DCG's data qualityEnsure workflows and data standards are consistently followedContribute to the design, documentation, and implementation of process improvementsCollaborate with peers and leadership to identify opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiencyRequirementsSkills & Qualifications:Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple prioritiesStrong foundational knowledge of:SQLMicrosoft ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detailEffective time management and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceKnowledge of the Following is a Plus:Python and/or TableauFinancial modeling and/or financial analysisCuriosity and openness towards AI by actively learning how to leverage effectively
